10 Most Effective Ways to Protect Yourself against Coronavirus (COVID-19)

1. Wash hands frequently

Wash hands in 7 steps, at least 20 seconds each time. And don’t touch your nose, mouth and face with your hands.

If you touch the handrail when you are on public transport, after pressing the elevator button, after opening the door in a public place, before dining, after paying or contact with cash, before and after using public fitness equipments, after receiving express delivery. 2. Wear face masks

Wear face masks reasonably to protect yourself, but not excessively. You do not need to wear the face mask when you are at home or outdoor sports; however, if you need to go to the train station, airport, hospital, or other crowded places, it is recommended to wear a face mask to protect yourself.

3. Maintain good respiratory tract hygiene

Because most of the confirmed cases have history of contacting residents in the affected area, try best to avoid contact with people returning from the affected area within 14 days. Do not travel to the epidemic areas in the near future.

10. Pay attention to food safety

Pay attention to food safety. When handling raw and cooked food, separate cutting boards, and wash your hands.
